The LiteStik automatically provides supplemental light to any indoor plant. Using advanced Plant-Lite™ LED technology the LiteStik provides the plant with the optimum light. In addition, the LiteStik's design incorporates a light sensor allowing it to automatically turn on the sunshine, as it were, when the light in the room dips below recommended levels. The LiteStik technology uses highly efficient LED lights allowing for optimal plant radiance while using very little energy. The LiteStik adjusts in height to adapt to the size of multiple sized plants or to the changing size of a growing plant. Comment: I have to say, this light is pretty cool. It knows when to come on all by itself (turns on for about 4-5 hours after the sun goes down). It casts a really neat intense blue light. Very slim designed head; easily adjustable. I have no idea if it's actually doing anything, my plants alive, which must mean its doing something. I bought it for a plant that requires bright light and it's by a darker window. And for the price, it's a no-brainer.

Comment: It functions, and I think the lights slightly help young plants. The alignment of the light is off, and the stick slides around in the dirt. Not a solution for large plants.

Comment: I'm so lovin' these lights. I bought both the one for blooming and one for general house plants because I have no significant direct sun in my living room and dining room where I keep my favorite plants and container garden. The plants have shown significant growth since I've been using these lights. They're easy to set on auto timing and they are actually cute. They remind me of little floating ufo's when seen in a darkened room and they're the only light. I've recommended them to my friends and family. Don't hesitate to try these.

Summary: Automatic light, but have not seen any change in plants
Comment: The plant light is nice in that it kicks on at the crucial point in the day when the plant is no longer able to get natural sunlight. I thought that was a worthwhile aspect of the plant light. However, I have not seen any significant change in the health of the plants I have been using it for. I've been using the plant light for a couple weeks now, too. It is also a smaller light, so really can only work for one small plant at a time. It's not too costly of a product, so it may be worth trying regardless. Every plant is difference, so results vary.

Comment: Great product. Turns itself off and on, with just enough time to give essential light. I would recomend this to anyone with a plant in the house, that does not get enough light. Works like a charm. I just hope it lasts a long time, because I cannot see how to put new bulbs in this one.
But for now, it IS a great product..
